Product Overview
Agriculture insurance provides insurance coverage for various agricultural activities like Livestock, Poultry, Fish, Paddy, Vegetables, Fruits etc. This insurance compensates for the possible loss of crops and livestock due to fire, Acts of God (Earthquake, Flood, Landslide, Storm), Insects, diseases, or accidents. The insurance fee for this insurance is an 80% subsidy from the Government of Nepal.
NLG had Issued first Agriculture insurance policy on 6th March, 2013.
