This insurance provides reimbursement of the medical expenses of the insured persons arising out of accidental injury and illness whether the treatment is taken at home or hospital.

The treatment is allowed within Nepal only. However, treatment in SAARC countries is covered, for which recommendation from treating doctor is required that the same treatment is not available in Nepal. Also, treatment in nearby Indian cities is allowed, where hospitals or other medical facilities are nearer than in Nepal.
