All Nepalese citizens traveling abroad for business, study, or leisure are eligible for this insurance. Additionally, foreign nationals residing in Nepal for the long term can also obtain this insurance, provided their journey starts and ends in Nepal.
This insurance can be taken under two Plan. Plan is defined as below:

The benefit under different geographical area is defined as below:
Area 1 : Worldwide including USA & Canada – It provides benefit A-N under Plan B
Area 2 : Worldwide excluding USA & Canada – It provides benefit A-N under Plan B
Area 3 : Asian countries (Brunei, Canbodia, China, Indonesia, Loas, Malaysia Mangolia, Myanmar( Burma), Phillipines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Timar-Leste, Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, Hongkong )– It provides benefit A-I under Plan B
Area 4 : SAARC Countries(India, Bangladesh, Maldives, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan & Afghanistan)- It provides benefit A-B under Plan A and Plan B is not applicable for this area.
